Providing a lightning-paced and memorable introduction to the exciting world of Independent Publishing, WANTED: Read Or Alive is a unique and innovative writing course that invites aspiring creatives to delve deep into the practical development of publishing a complete work of commercial fiction from start to finish. Students' objective will be to work collectively to construct an anthology of thematic short stories, which will depict a dynamic story world of diverse and engaging characters comprised entirely from their own imagination, designed to convince the detectives of the exact events that occurred on that tragic day in Wranglesnsitch. Working closely with a knowledgeable Monica Moon Editor - their very own personal detective on the case - students will perfect their alibis to prove their innocence and suss out the responsible culprit. Across ten sessions, students will become enriched with the knowledge and expertise required to plan, write, self-edit, proof-read, format, design, and ultimately submit their work to print...coming away published authors with a physical and digital debut book available for sale on Amazon.co.uk by the end of their journey.  .

This course is currently open to Key Stage 2 - Age Groups 8-11.
